Processing Times for Lace Lock Products

Orders for Lace Lock Hair Products placed before 1:00pm Eastern time will be processed and shipped out within the same day. Any order placed after 1:00 pm Eastern time will be processed and shipped out the following business day.  Please allow 24 hours to fully process and ship your order. Once order has been processed your item will be shipped out immediately and will arrive within 3-5 business days. Due to Covid-19 please expect longer shipping times. We are trying our best to find the best shipping methods during this time.

Lace Lock Adhesive currently ship using USPS and UPS. Often times we will use ground shipping method and depending on where you live, you may receive your items within 3-5 business days. If you live outside of USA and desire faster shipping please contact us at Lacelock@yahoo.com 

Returns/Exchange Policy

    1. Occasionally We Know You May Want To Return Items. We Accept The Return Of All Items Only If They Are Unopened And In Their Original Condition. If You Return Goods, As Detailed Within 30 Days, We Will Offer A Refund Less The Carriage Charge. A Handling Charge Of 20% Will Be Taken Off The Goods Sale Price. No Refunds Can Be Given After 30 Days.
    2. Defective Items: You Can Always Return Items If They Are Defective. Please Note: We Only Accept Returns Of Items That Have Been Opened If They Are Defective. Please See “To Return An Item” For Details Of How To Return Defective Items To Us.
    3. To Return An Item: To Return An Item, Please Enclose A Note Giving The Reason For The Return, Wrap The Package Securely And Send The Package To The Address Below. In The Case Of A Defective Product, Please Provide A Full Description Of The Fault And Return The Defective Item In Its Original Box (If Any), With All Warranty Cards, Licenses, Manuals And Accessories to Lace Lock Adhesive 7550 Desert Holly St #815 Chino, Ca 91708
    4. Delivery Charges: If You Are Returning An Item Because Of An Error On Our Part, We Will Be Happy To Refund The Delivery Charges Incurred In Sending The Item To You And Your Costs In Returning It To Us. Otherwise You Will Be Responsible For Those Charges.
    5. Exchange: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
