Update: As of October 1, 2020 and due to Covid 19 please understand that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there will be NO REFUNDS on any and all hair and beauty products.  Thank you so much for your continued support! Please understand that results on products may vary.

 Once the product has left Fingaz Beauty Warehouse and you have received your tracking number, we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages! Please make sure you use an address that you trust and or contact the carrier to instruct them how you want to pick up your product. If you live in an unsafe neighborhood please request to have your package held at the post office.

WIG ORDER POLICY (PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING)

PROCESSING

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your wig order. Once hair arrives, it takes about 3-5 business days before you receive your wig (shipping included). We use USPS Priority shipping and this service is FREE for you! If you would like your wig sooner, we have a EXPRESS shipping method for $25.50 and you will receive your wig THE NEXT DAY! If you are interested in a RUSH order you must call us at 419-215-9249 to expedite your order.

Refund/Return Policy

Lace Lock is committed to delivering quality products and providing a first class service to our customers. In the event that the products are found defective or you are unsatisfied with the products, please contact us at 419-215-9249 Asap!! or lacelock@yahoo.com


**Please note, for the interest of hygiene and customer protection, Ariom Collection Hair will not refund or exchange items that have been opened, altered and/or worn in anyway. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Therefore, we ask our customers to verify and double check your orders before submitting. Please Note!!!   Any and all returns will include a 25% restocking fee. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 7 days upon receipt of your wig item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Due to sanitary reasons, we can not accept wigs or any hair pieces that have been worn.  We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 3-5 Business Days using the following carriers: USPS   . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7550 Desert Holly St Unit 815 Chino, Ca 91708. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
